LONG-TERM FINE ART STORAGE
The Center has recently expanded our services to include fine art storage at our newly renovated, state-of-the-art warehouse to accommodate the growing needs of our clients.
OUR FACILITY FEATURES:

20,000 square feet of storage space with bi-level vaults to separate art with varying condition issues or needs

A custom developed barcode inventory system to locate track items at all times

A security system controlled by a central location, and a fire detection system that provides instant notification to the fire department

Electronically monitored temperature and humidity climate controlled storage

An in-house team of trained and experienced art handlers who can assist with local and national inventory, packing, crating, shipping, and transportation and installation needs

Climate-controlled, air-ride fine art transportation equipped with a GPS alarm system
LONG-TERM STORAGE AND ART HANDLING FEES (Monthly):

The Center requires a $75.00 minimum for all stored items.

For every piece beyond 30 items and measuring under 6’: $2.50 flat storage fee

For items measuring over 6’, three – dimensional objects, and/or crated pieces: $1/cubic square foot
-
Any pieces valued over $100,000 will require a rider and will incur additional fees.

In-house art handling fees = $50.00/hr

Off-site art handling fees = $75.00/hr
