Contact The Center by phone or e-mail when a loss occurs. Our Disaster Response Department will process your information and find the most convenient packing and shipping method to get the work here.
We will handle all shipping fees and charge back the actual shipping amount to the client on our written proposal.
Within 14 days, a proposal from the The CCC will be faxed and/or e-mailed, outlining current condition, treatment recommendations, shipping costs, inventory and storage fees, presenting a total cost for restorationservices. We will not begin work until we receive a signed approval.
The CCC provides insurance coverage for work in transit to and from our facility.
Our standard estimated completion time is ten to twelve weeks. This time may increase or be shortened, depending on the volume or work we receive.
Upon completion, receipt of the balance due by check will authorize return shipment or delivery.
