Great Depression painter's murals restored
Gorton Community Center Mural Restoration Project featured on ABC 7 News March 31, 2004:

"Perhaps you have never heard of the name Ralph Henricksen but back in the 1930's and '40's he was one of America's most famous muralists. It was the time of the Great Depression and Henrickson painted for the government sponsored WPA. Several years ago four of his lost murals were discovered. Now all are being restored."
